The Valcom AS-2809/SRC VHF Dipole Antenna is a durable, self-supporting broadband antenna designed for versatile use in both transmitting and receiving modes across a frequency range of 115-162 MHz. Built to withstand severe environmental conditions typical aboard naval ships, its radiating elements are encased in a sturdy fiberglass radome with an integral mounting flange. The antenna supports up to 200 watts peak envelope power and 100 watts average RF power, featuring a low VSWR of less than 2.0:1 across its entire frequency range.
